Dr. Frazer Discusses Depression, Serotonin on NPR

On the morning of January 23, 2012, Dr. Alan Frazer (pictured), Chairman of the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, took part in a National Public Radio(NPR), Morning Edition broadcast that aired titled: 'When It Comes To Depression, Serotonin Isn't The Whole Story'


Dr. Frazer, along with other colleagues, discussed past and present views on depression, the roles of serotonin and the progression of drugs used to treat depression, in the first of an ongoing series about depression on NPR, with host Alix Spiegel.
