Research

Nick is investigating the cellular mechanisms of action of diverse microtubule targeting agents. Specifically, he is testing the hypothesis that microtubule targeting agents differentially inhibit signaling pathways in interphase cancer cells leading to their anticancer effects. He is also investigating the differential sensitivity of oral squamous cell carcinoma lines to diverse anticancer agents to identify molecular subtypes of the disease.
