Summer Program Application Form

To apply to the Summer Undergraduate Research program, please complete the following:

1. Download and complete the application form below.
2. Provide a brief personal statement discussing your future educational objectives and why you want to work in a Pharmacology research laboratory this summer. Please be as detailed as possible when describing your research interests. Discuss your personal interests as related to the specific research being carried out by our faculty: http://pharmacology.uthscsa.edu/faculty_profiles.asp
3. Provide a current unofficial transcript.
4. Provide one letter of recommendation.
5. Download and complete the Authorization for Background Security Check below.
6. Send all above credentials to:
